Experienced Line Cook Lead with open availability for nights and weekends needed for 30-35 hours per week.

Job Summary:

Lead Line Cook works under the head chef to oversee the food preparation process from start to finish. Monitoring food quality, supervising kitchen staff, and training new line cooks. Complying with sanitation and safety standards is a very important role for this position, must be knowledgeable and have skills in food preparation, customer service, attention to detail and communication.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage employees on the line

Make sure food is labeled and prepared to standard

Direct kitchen staff to stock, prep, flip sets, and clean

Assist with orders and/or inventory if needed

Cover shifts when short staffed

Uphold all safety and sanitation protocols
