Mezza Luna is looking for an experienced AM prep person for rolling dough and ingredient preparation. This shift runs normally Sat-Tues, roughly 8am to 4pm. Knife skills, general food prep experience and the ability to lift 60 pounds very important. Need people who are reliable and who play well with others in a busy restaurant environment. Starts out part-time but can become full-time based on performance.
