Key Responsibilities:
Kitchen Management: Assist in supervising and coordinating the activities of cooks and other food preparation workers.
Food Preparation: Preparing dishes, ensuring quality and presentation.
Menu Development: Assisting with menu planning, creating new recipes, and pricing menu items.
Inventory Management: Tracking inventory, assisting with ordering supplies, and ensuring proper storage.
Quality Control: Ensuring dishes meet quality standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Kitchen Operations: Assist in overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations, including prep work, meal service, and expediting orders.
Safety Compliance: Ensuring the kitchen adheres to health and safety regulations.
Problem-solving: Addressing issues as they arise, ensuring a smooth workflow.
