We work with patients in the comfort of their home. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, taking care of ongoing patients; intake of new patients; reassessments of current patients; coordinating medical tasks with caregivers; training of caregivers; documentation and administrative duties.
Your work will be a hybrid of working in clients' private homes or care facility; in our offices; and in your home. We offer a flexible schedule according to our patient needs. Weekly hours may vary according to active patient numbers.
