Location: Greater Eugene/ Springfield Area
Job Type: Up to Full-time, Flexible Hours, Part-time Remote Work – laptop provided.
Salary: $55-75/HR, with a $5,000 Tiered Signing Bonus

Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and provide exceptional in-home care to our clients. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality healthcare services with a focus on promoting wellness.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients; health status and develop individualized care
plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and evaluate clients; progress and response to treatment.
Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding health management and
preventive care.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care and optimal
outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client assessments, interventions, and
outcomes.
Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Oregon
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in home care or a
related field.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
