Experience in soft edging appreciated, and pruning experience a plus. Experience not necessarily required, but a plus.
About us: Owner Moth Tyler spent just shy of ten years training under Master Japanese garden designer/installer/pruner Jim Robinson at Daichi landscape before starting his own company. There he learned about the esthetic, installation practice, and pruning style of the land of the rising sun.

As a new business you can expect your position to grow over time as we grow (as long as you grow to fit the position).
While there will be much of mowing, weeding, and edging, you may (depending on you) get the opportunity to develop a skill in the art of Japanese style pruning. For those interested a possible change in crew to installation could be made to learn installation practices, such as fence building, deck work, Stonemasonry, and pond making, and more.
