Our company has a Tier-II licensed facility as well as a very busy packing house, storage and wholesale business. We are NOT the typical canna-company. We are professionals, looking for professionals. We are looking for folks who want to get in with a company and learn the industry and grow with us. Over half our employees have been with us +3 years.
Positions available:
Farm Technician. This position requires a strong person, not simply physically but also a strong will. You will work as a team to harvest the 2025 crop. This requires very flexible hours and an understanding that as we get through harvest, sudden weather-driven factors will guide schedule changes that see 10 hour days as not uncommon. This position pays $20/hr.
Packaging Specialist. 4 Openings. This position.requires the measuring out of client's product and then packaging them into final consumer-ready products for dispensaries around the state. This is a mostly sedentary position that has each employee comfortably seated, assembling boxes, labeling outside containers, measuring product, and more. Employees work as a team, but often have individualized goals and targets to hit. There is an equal balance of both speed and consistent quality needed. This position pays $17/hr.
NOTE: While we highly encourage folks with no cana-industry experience and welcome that conversation, we do welcome applicants who want to get into the industry and need that 'foot-in-the-door.' You do need an OLCC cannabis handlers card, or the ability to get one to work in the industry.
