Looking for someone with a wide range of skills sets for property maintenance on 80 acres estate as well as some rental properties that include things like light finish construction, plumping, driving farm equipment, tractors, forklifts, mowers, power washer.
- Knowledge of operating tractors and other farm equipment, lawn mowers, weed eater, chainsaw.
- Experience with irrigation: capable of programming timers, fixing leaks, pruning trees, weeding, mulching, applying fertilizer, applying pest and disease products (Organic)
- Fixing things, mixing concrete, power washing, building garden beds, irrigation, applying organic fertilizer
- Being able to lift 50 lbs. regularly
- Must have good work history and prior work references, dependable, and positive attitude.
- Long term, year round work. Must have dependable vehicle and clean record.
- Work schedule: 30 - 40 hours a week
- Wages: $20 -$25 per hour DOE to start
