Role Overview: We are looking for motivated Softwashing and Roof Cleaning Technicians to
join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing softwashing and roof cleaning
services to maintain and enhance the appearance of residential and commercial properties.
Your expertise will help ensure that every job is completed to the highest standards of quality
and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
● Softwashing: Use specialized equipment and cleaning solutions to safely and
effectively clean and restore exterior surfaces such as siding, roofs, and concrete.
● Roof Cleaning: Inspect, clean and ensure plant and property protection while performing roof washes and roof treatments.
● Gutter Cleaning: Inspect, clean, and maintain gutters and downspouts to ensure proper
water flow and prevent damage.
● Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, ensuring it is in
good working condition and properly calibrated.
● Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe
working environment for yourself and others.
● Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs,
address concerns, and provide exceptional service.
● Documentation: Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of work
performed, including any issues or recommendations for further action.
What We’re Looking For:
● Experience: Previous experience in softwashing and roof cleaning is preferred, but we are open to training motivated candidates with a strong work ethic.
● Skills: Proficiency in operating cleaning equipment and a good understanding of
cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
● Attributes: Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to
delivering high-quality work.
● Prior experience being on roofs is a must.
Compensation and Benefits:
● Hourly Rate: $20, based on experience.
