Production Crew Members have the unique opportunity to cross-train in several departments that are essential to craft alcohol production operations including; Cellar, Packaging, and Shipping and Receiving.
Cellar tasks include monitoring, preparing, and transferring raw materials, continuously maintaining accurate documentation on cellar transactions, cleaning kegs, tanks, totes, hoses, and other various tasks. It also includes receiving fresh juice and seeing the batch through the fermentation process.
Packaging tasks include attention to detail while safely and effectively packaging craft alcohol beverages and palletizing finished products.
Shipping and Receiving tasks include loading and unloading freight and raw goods, maintaining all appropriate records, and working closely with the logistics department.
These tasks involve lifting, moving, pulling, pushing, and taping 35 lb+ cases of bottles and cans, moving 150 lb+ kegs and drums onto and off pallets, driving a forklift, climbing ladders, handling chemicals, and working together to meet shared goals. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and engaging.
Compensation - Starting pay $16.75/hr.
