Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Tire Retread Technicians. This role is perfect for those who are eager to learn and grow in a hands-on environment. As a Tire Retread Technician, you will be responsible for the retreading process, ensuring high-quality standards and safety procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and assess tires for retreading eligibility.
Operate and maintain retreading machinery.
Perform buffing, repair, and tread application on tires.
Adhere to safety protocols and quality control measures.
Keep a clean and organized workspace.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
Strong work ethic and motivation to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good attention to detail and quality.
Physical ability to lift and handle tires and equipment.
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus but not required.
