NW Industrial Staffing is currently seeking individuals for a Food Processing/Production/Packaging position on the Day Shift (Mon-Thur) for a 10-hours a day for a food packaging facility near Junction City. This would be a great fit for people who have previously worked in restaurants or other food service establishments looking for stability and consistency in their day-to-day schedule with established hours, and great benefits.
What we are seeking:
6+ months of working in processing, producing or packaging setting 0r working in a fast-food service environment or restaurant environment.
Great math and measurement skills for mixing batches must be able to follow recipes.
Must be Fluent in English you must be able to read, write, speak and follow directions without any assistance.
Operate packaging machinery to ensure products are correctly packaged and labeled.
Keen eye for detail to make sure all food is packaged correctly and according to specifications.
Monitor manufacturing processes to maintain quality standards and efficiency.
Adhere to FDA regulations and CGMP guidelines during packaging and processing.
Can work as part of a team and also work well independently when needed.
Familiar in conducting sanitization protocols in a sterol environment.
Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a semi-consistent basis
Can bend, stand, stoop, push and pull for a 10-hour shift.
Great attendance, punctuality and work ethics.
