Bridge Charter Academy is a thriving charter school seeking to fill a temporary part-time Accountability Coordinator role. The role would last approximately 3 months with a potential to continue permanently in the role based on need. The Accountability Coordinator works with Instructional staff, families and students when a student demonstrates needing support to meet the BCA Program Requirement Expectations. The Accountability Coordinator maintains a strong knowledge of program requirement expectations, uses online platforms to find and record information, and employs excellent communication skills to problem solve, encourage implementation of solutions, and hold students accountable to their plans.
Requirements/Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
Proficiency with Google Suite preferred (Google Calendar, Sheets, Docs)
Experience as an Office Assistant or related experience preferred
Enthusiasm for gaining proficiency in additional technical platforms
Ability to use technology to communicate
Willingness to ask questions to get clarification
Position will be part-time up to 28 hours per week. Hours will be scheduled and approved by supervisor during office hours Monday through Friday from 8:30 am-4:30 pm. Ideal start date is February 1st, 2025.
