DUTIES
Coordinate event planning and operations
Provide support for event planning and execution as directed by supervisor
Develop and maintain superior employee-customer relations
Maintain security requirements and standards
The ability to use various office software packages, including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, calendaring, e-mail management and the Internet, and to create, compose and edit written and electronic materials
General Housekeeping
REQUIREMENTS
Catering and event management experience
Logistics and systems oriented
Obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
Obtain and maintain a current OLCC license
Have reliable transportation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to adjust schedule to varying tasks and demands
Physical ability to work in office and kitchen production environments, including the use of stairs and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in weight
Applicants must be available for weekend, after hours, occasional out of town, and overnight work.
