Your Contributions to the Team:
As the Inside Sales Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support the inside sales team (your colleagues) along with fielding inquiries from our customers. A typical day could entail: order entry, processing returns, document control and reporting, along with answering live-chat inquires. You will embody a high level of customer service and utilize your stellar communication skills as a means to educate and assist our customers. Your weekly contributions will be made Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
What We Are Looking For:
Two years administrative experience
High school diploma or higher
Pro in MS Office Suite with intermediate level skill in MS Excel
Excellent math skills and attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of food products preferred
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional phone and email etiquette
The ability to multi-task and problem solve in a fast paced work environment
