Your Day-to-Day:
Arrive on time, every time, and keep our customers in the loop with clear communication.
Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations like a pro, ensuring our customers' systems are running smoothly and safely.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues swiftly, providing effective solutions that leave our customers smiling.
Document everything, from notes to photos and videos, so we can keep track of our progress and improve our services.
Stay connected with our dispatch team and managers to ensure we're running like a well-oiled machine.
Continuously learn and grow through paid training and one-on-one dev sessions.
Keep your company vehicle and tools in top condition, because we take pride in our work.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in HVAC (commercial experience is a plus!)
Valid EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) and brazing experience
Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
A valid driver's license and insurable driving record
