Cool Heat Heating and Cooling, a local family run business is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician/Installer to join our expanding HVAC Service team.

Our technicians drive company provided vans, and are dispatched from home.
We offer a comfortable work schedule where you get to go home at a reasonable time, no 24-hour on-call requirements, limited on-call and extended hours, only needed during peak seasons.
Job Description Overview: To provide maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems, make recommendations to replace the equipment according to company standards; providing the customer with a high quality experience. Other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Pay Range: $28 - $34 p/hr DOE, + monthly incentive pay. Our incentive program is paid monthly based on key performance metrics that are realistic and attainable.
Work hours: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday (Overtime and Evenings on occasion during peak seasons)
Qualifications:
2+ years HVAC diagnostics and install experience required
2+ years residential service experience, required
EPA License preferred
Oregon driver's license with insurable driving record
Good customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
