I am looking for a lead carpenter for a residential, remodeling company. Ideal person will be able to think progressively, be proficient in the proper line of communication, be able to talk to sub-contractors and clients and know what is expected. This company does mostly kitchen and bathroom remodels along with decks, patios, carpentry, drywall, framing and hardi lap siding etc.
