Are you an experienced painter with a passion for a balance of creative projects and efficient production? Tru Form Tiny builds Tiny houses on wheels and ships them throughout the country. We have a “customized” line and a production line. We are looking for skilled painters for our tiny house production warehouse. The painter will work with a skilled team as well as self-perform a broad range of prep and finish painting. We work indoors, year round, in a production environment.
The opening is a skilled position and requires experience in phases of residential or commercial construction. Top candidates will have a strong attention to detail, a professional demeanor, great communication skills, and the willingness to work as part of a collaborative design and build team. All applicants must be able to jump into the construction process with minimal instruction. Training about our process, our tolerances and our expectations will be done through an “on-the-job” pairing with other painters.

Minimum Requirements:
Most important: a positive attitude with teamwork skills
Top candidates have at least 2 years of solid, verifiable painting experience including exteriors and interiors (masking & prep, brushwork, trim, caulking, spray, etc.)
Be familiar with and able to contribute to workflow in a production environment
Be timely, organized and meet and beat deadlines
Be deadline driven and brisk at your work
Prioritize shop OSHA safety standards and prioritize safety in all operations
Maintain a professional demeanor
High School diploma or equivalent
Be able to work on your feet for 10 hr work days. Be able to lift up to 50#’s routinely during the day. Be able to routinely lift, twist, and bend while holding tools or material.
Have personal hand tools
Job Duties Include:
Prep, paint and complete punch lists on time and on schedule
Coordination and execution of production as outlined by operations
Follow specifications and execute work accordingly
Work safely and efficiently
Enforce proper tool use and safety procedures
Help solve production issues as they arise, consulting with supervisors as needed
