Position Summary:
This position performs a wide range of office support duties for various ETM department units. In addition to routine office administration duties, this position is also responsible for departmental purchasing, coordinating departmental travel and event arrangements, and providing budget support including account reconciliation and reporting. This position also provides general support for faculty and students in their respective building(s) and department(s).
Qualification Requirements:
> (Per classification) Two years of general clerical experience. One year of which included typing, word processing, or other experience generating documents; OR An Associate’s degree in Office Occupations or Office Technology; OR Graduation from a private school of business with a Certificate in Office Occupations or Office Technology and one year of general clerical experience. College courses in Office Occupations or Office Technology will substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
> Experience providing excellent customer service
> Proficiency using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or similar software
> Ability to work efficiently, independently, and in team situations
> Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of audiences
