Surgical Technician/First Assist - Full TimeLocation: McMinnville, OregonCompensation & Schedule
CST: $29.65-$38.80/hr (up to 10 years experience, 3% annual increase)
CSTFA: $32.60-$49.90/hr
Schedule: M-F, 7am-5:30pm (4x10 hour shifts)
On-call: One weekend per month and one weeknight
On-call pay: Time and a half when called in
Sign-on Bonus$10,000 with 2-year commitment (paid in 4 installments)Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day OR duties: room turnover, break coverage, scrubbing in/out
Inventory management and case preparation
On-call duties include initial decontamination and sterilization
Occasional support for C-sections possible
Qualifications
CST: Certified Surgical Technologist or 2-3 years experience (1 year OR minimum)
CSTFA: CST, Certified First Assist, 3 years OR experience as CST
BLS certification (within 3 months of hire)
