Position Overview:
This position requires a person that can work closely with our clients to compile monthly financial statements and provide both internal team member and external client support. Our process is technology intensive and requires a higher level of comfort with technology than other positions in the field of accounting. Much of this position will entail downloading banking activity online, importing the activity into the accounting system and coding transactions to the correct accounts where it is not already automated.
Responsibilities:
- Compile monthly financial statements for clients in a timely fashion.
- Develop a working relationship with clients via phone and e-mail.
- Assist and provide support to other internal team members as needed.
- Act as a liaison between our clients and third-party payroll provider.
- Assist the tax team by gathering tax documentation from clients.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in accounting or prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or payroll preferred.
- Would be willing to waive the education and experience requirements for the right person.
Travel:
- No travel is required for this position.
Salary and Benefits:
- Starting salary of $48,000- $55,000 DOE.
