Turning Point Dance Studio is looking for a Front Desk Manager to be the heart of our teams business operations and activities! This position requires someone who can move quickly within the changing environment and stays up to date with the latest Turning Point products and services. Strong business judgment and communication skills are needed to interact with a variety of students, families and instructors.
Minimum qualifications:
High School graduate
3 years of direct administrative and customer service experience
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with performing arts
Proven ability to positively contribute in a high-paced and changing work environment
Prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to take initiative and build strong, positive relationships
Adhere to an expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters
Responsibilities
Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks (manage calendars, support enrollment, book travel, and schedule facilities and equipment)
Coordinate duties for multiple staff members and studios
Build efficiency into existing operations and help define new operational strategies
Serve as a technical lead for small projects
