Job description:

Commercial insurance office looking for an EXPERIENCED Customer Service Manager. We need a person with meticulous attention to our files who brings positive energy to our office. Customers are the heart of our business, and we need someone who will also go above and beyond each time they call to provide the most comprehensive service in the industry.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Excellent computer skills: experience using word processing, spreadsheets, databases, online systems, and outlook email.

- Communication skills; communicate clearly and understandably, both verbally and in writing.

- Diplomacy and professionalism; handle sensitive interpersonal situations. Use good judgment, discretion, tact, and sensitivity.

- Analytical and research skills.

- Strong basic math skills; accurate data entry using basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.

- Follow company policies and procedures, under pressure of deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Organization and time management; set priorities and coordinate multiple assignments with fluctuating and time-sensitive deadlines.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9 am to 4pm
