Office position - Customer Service Representative

Skills needed: Good verbal communication skills, self-motivated and reliable. Willing to interact and help customers with their storage needs. General knowledge of Windows-based computer programs. Able to lift 35 pounds.

Employee will open and close office daily (Monday- Friday, 9-5). Provide customer service to new and existing tenants including renting units, taking payments, and answering questions (on phone and in-person). Maintain customer accounts, issue receipts and run reports daily. Conduct unit inspection, confirm inventory availability, and ensure spaces are ready to rent. Clean, dust, and vacuum office area and sometimes clean units. Other miscellaneous jobs as needed. On-the-job training provided. Apparel – Casual Clothing.

Office hours: 9-5, Monday-Friday; lunch from 1-2 each day. 7 hour day, 35-hour work week (off Saturday, Sunday and legal holidays). Receive 7 hour holiday pay for unworked holidays.

Compensation: $14.20 per hour.
