Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues using various communication channels (email, chat, and phone).
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and product-related queries.
Provide guidance on navigating the Shopify platform, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Collaborate with other customer service representatives and the owners to address and escalate complex customer transactions.
Maintain accurate and detailed customer records.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Competency in basic verbal/written communication skills, and basic arithmetic/numerical skills.
Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Comfortable with basic internet navigation.
Understanding customer service principles and using best practices.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or ability to quickly learn.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
Ability to demonstrate consistent and reliable attendance.
