Clarion Pointe is seeking a friendly, professional, and experienced Front Desk Associate to join our hospitality team in providing exceptional service to every guest, every time.
Location: Clarion Pointe, Medford OR 97501
Position Type: Part-Time with the possibility of Full time
Shifts Available: Open Availability Weekends a must
What You’ll Do:
Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Handle phone calls, reservations, and guest inquiries
Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest needs
Address and resolve guest issues with a positive attitude
Qualifications:
hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Familiarity with hotel systems (e.g., Choice Advantage or similar PMS a plus)
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts
A passion for hospitality and a commitment to outstanding guest service
