STARTING WAGE, $22.00 PER HOUR. We are looking for someone eager to join our team supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will work directly with residents, as well as planning fun outings and create great opportunities in the community for the people we support.
You will assist with menu and food preparation, medication administration, personal care, financial management and activities of daily living.
Computer literacy is a must, as is flexibility with hours worked which may include the possibility of nights and/or weekends. Regular scheduled shifts are weekday hours. There will be training to work with particular residents, their needs and meeting their personal goals. Health and Dental benefits are available after 60 days.
You must have at least one (1) solid year of hands-on experience working in a residential setting; working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and be able to pass a DHS criminal records check.
