One of our amazing hygienists is taking a day off to be home with her kids so we are looking for an exceptional hygienist to join our practice. We are currently offering 1 day a week with the addition of another day later in the year. Monday, Thursday, or Friday are the possible days.
Nitrous and Anesthesia permit preferred. We are an exceptional family dental practice offering all aspects of dentistry located in Grants Pass, OR. This is an ideal position for someone looking to be a part of our busy and successful dental practice. We are a true family practice consisting of husband and wife team Sten and Rachel Erickson as well as long-time dentist and wife team Mart and Linn Erickson. We are looking for someone to join our private practice with the following attributes:

This position would be responsible for:
-Performing hygiene procedures such as prophy, SRP, sealants, x-rays, and fluoride
-Sterilization of instruments
-Seating patients and making them comfortable
-Assisting rest of clinical team when available
-Communicating with patients in regard to treatment, cost, and post-op instructions
-Scheduling patients for appointments
-Being a positive member of community
The ideal candidate would have the following attributes:
-Familiarity with hygiene procedures
-Experience with Eaglesoft
-Be comfortable presenting treatment plans and making financial arrangements
-Have strong verbal skills and pleasant demeanor
-Be forward-thinking in all matters pertaining to work and patient satisfaction
-Be a team player and able to cooperate well with others
-Highly organized with extreme attention to detail
-Desire to help people to achieve a beautiful smile
