Partnerships in Community Living is looking to sign a contract for a Registered Nurse in Merlin, Oregon to work a couple hours a month delegating the task of tube feeding to our Direct Care Professionals and reading progress reports and keeping Health Care Plans up to date. This includes performing ongoing assessments to ensure health care needs are being met.
Compensation:
$60/hour paid on the 10th day of the following month.
Position Requirements:
-RN License.
-Current copy of professional liability insurance.
Job Responsibilities:
-Completing a Comprehensive Health Assessment (CHAT). The CHAT is completed initially and then updated annually or if there are significant health changes.
-Completing a Health Care Management Plan (HCMP) as determined by the assessment and to be kept current.
-Writing and updating any required protocols.
-Ongoing Staff trainings and delegations to DSPs. Keeping training documents current and signed by the RN and Staff and stored according to PCL practices.
-Attending planning meetings as invited.
-Communication with agency personnel, attending professionals, family members, health care representatives, County or State representatives as requested or indicated.
