We are looking for a EXPERIENCED medical front desk receptionist/referral clerk for large medical specialty practice in Medford. This is full time 32-40 hours per week.
It is desired to have someone with previous medical office experience or if someone who has excellent clerical office skills and would love to work with pediatrics please email us your resume with the wage requirements.
We need someone who is professional, excellent customer service since you will be the patients first point of contact when arriving at the clinic. Duties will include: Checking in/out patients, collection of co-pays or patient portion of the visit, verify patient information in computer, assist patients if needed in required documentation, assist with chart preparation, scans documentation into the computer system, performs general clerical duties as needed.
Must be able to pass criminal background checks, drug screen and reference checks.
