Animal Medical Hospital is seeking a receptionist to add to our team! We are a busy small animal hospital located in Ashland Or, on the North end of town. We are looking for a team oriented reliable person with great interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments and surgeries, relaying information between clients, staff and doctors, entering information into the patient's records among others. The position is full time (4, 10 hour shifts) and we are open M-F. Though customer service/reception experience is nice, the previous experience is not necessary to apply, we are willing to train the right fit! Applicant should be able to multi-task, work with and communicate with the staff and clients. Some tasks are individual tasks, while others require working together.
