One of our amazing hygienists is having to drop a day due to heath issues, so we have an opening for a hygienist to join our practice. We are currently accepting applications for 1 day a week on Fridays with the option of moving to full-time in the future.
Nitrous and Anesthesia permit preferred. We are an exceptional family dental practice offering all aspects of dentistry located in Grants Pass, OR. This is an ideal position for someone looking to be a part of our busy and successful dental practice. We are a true family practice consisting of husband and wife team Sten and Rachel Erickson as well as Dr. Sten's dad Mart Erickson, who has been in practice for 40 years.
We are looking for someone to join our private practice with the following attributes:

This position would be responsible for:
-Performing hygiene procedures such as prophy, SRP, sealants, x-rays, and fluoride
-Seating patients and making them comfortable
-Assisting rest of clinical team when available
-Communicating with patients in regard to treatment, cost, and post-op instructions
-Scheduling patients for appointments
-Sterilization of instruments
-Being a positive member of community
The ideal candidate would have the following attributes:
-Familiarity with hygiene procedures
-Experience with Eaglesoft
-Be comfortable presenting treatment plans and making financial arrangements
-Have strong verbal skills and pleasant demeanor
-Be forward-thinking in all matters pertaining to work and patient satisfaction
-Be a team player and able to cooperate well with others
-Highly organized with extreme attention to detail
-Desire to help people to achieve a beautiful smile
This position would be 1 day per week, with the possibility of adding days in the future.
