We are looking to grow our team with other conscientious and compassionate mental health providers. We are hiring both licensed and associate therapists interested in both full and part-time work with the following current credentials: LCSW, LMSW, LPS, LMFT, QMHP, QMHP-R, CSW-A

Our ideal collective member Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Contributes to the culture of a growing and evolving, heart-centered practice
Creates & delivers relevant community support programs that uphold our mission
Maintains a current, valid and active license in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Science
Provides 25 - 80+ clinical hours per month
Preference For
Training in Somatics, EMDR, Hypnotherapy, Art Therapy or other alternative modalities
Current and valid Insurance credentialing
Current and valid liability insurance
Compensation
$55 - $70/per clinical hour based upon licensing and experience
Salary, Health Insurance & Paid Time Off for therapists providing 81+ billable hours/month
Core Responsibilities
Provide Individual, Family and/or Couples Therapy from our Grants Pass office as licensure allows using evidence-based practices. Telehealth options available based on client need
Formulates a mental health diagnosis and implements individualized treatment plans for clients
Provide crisis services such as a risk assessment, suicide assessment and safety plans as needed
Maintain timely and accurate client records
Comply with all Federal, State, Local and insurance regulations
