Foundry Lathe and Grinder Operator (1562220) $14 per hour to start

Are you mechanically inclined and detail oriented? This entry level position is ready to train you in your new career path. No experience required!
Daily Workflow:
» Using basic math skills
» Skill to read mechanical drawings
» Use micrometer to for quality assurance and measurement accuracy.
» Operate a Blanchard grinder and centerless grinder with precision and detail to specifications of mechanical drawings.
» Follow directions orally and in writing
We’re Seeking:
» Mechanical aptitude
» Preferred ability to read a micrometer
» Preferred experience in a machine shop and running a Blanchard grinder and centerless grinder- will train right person with no experience.
Schedule:
» Monday-Thursday, Occasional Fridays 32-40 hrs per week 7:00am - 3:30pm or 5:00pm
