Fulltime On-Site Manager AND Parttime Relief Manager for Storage Facility located in Medford
Local self-storage facility is looking for 1-FULLTIME, well-organized and customer focused onsite manager and 1-PARTTIME relief manager to assist the fulltime onsite manager.
We are looking for individuals who are personable and can provide friendly and respectful strength when dealing with customers.
The successful FULLTIME candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the property management. This includes excellent customer service including assessing customers’ storage needs in person, over the phone and via web inquiries. This person will also show available storage units and guide people through the rental process while maintaining legal compliance. The FULLTIME on-site manager position will also conduct routine property inspections to identify any issues and address them promptly, maintain accurate records of all transactions, including rental agreements, rent payments, maintenance requests, accounts payable invoices and participate in marketing events established by the company.
BOTH the fulltime and parttime positions are to work together to provide light maintenance on the storage premises. Both are to help keep the curb appeal looking good, drive aisles clean, trash picked up, vacated units clean and ready to rent, hallways swept and mopped, and cobwebs dusted. BOTH successful candidates will need to have the ability to use power tools when needed and to perform yard work to keep the yard clean, free of weeds, and well maintained.
BOTH the fulltime and parttime positions will be responsible for handling cash and credit cards, balancing the cash drawer at the close of business. BOTH positions need to have some computer knowledge and ability to operate Windows, MS Office programs, as well as our storage rental software.
The FULLTIME ONSITE MANANGER will live onsite in the apartment provided by the company. The apartment includes stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. The electric, water, sewer, internet and trash are provided. Free use of one (1) 10x15 storage unit. This position is a salaried position based on 40-hours/week plus a performance bonus after 90-days. Workdays are Tuesday-Saturday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

The PARTTIME RELIEF MANAGER is an hourly paid position based on 24-hours/week. Workdays are Monday - 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (required), remaining 16 hours can be negotiated to work with both your schedule and the company’s schedule.

Starting hourly rate is $16.50/hour
