TOP NOTCH CLEANING is seeking a qualified individual with integrity to join our fantastic cleaning team! We have a crew that is in need of new crew member.
New Construction, Rental and Deep Cleaning Technician needed for expanding cleaning company. Monday thru Friday 9:00-5:00. Cleaning new homes that have just been built. Cleaning large commercial buildings newly constructed. Cleaning rental apartments or homes in between tenants. Doing deep cleanings of occupied homes. Cleanings include vacuuming, cleaning kitchens, cleaning cupboards, ovens, refrigerators, bedrooms, closets, bathrooms, windows. Some bending over and reaching high. Some ladder work is required in certain homes. Must have keen eye for detail. Must keep up with other crew members while being efficient. Must be ENERGETIC. Dependable. Good Health. Must have valid drivers license and own your own vehicle to meet up with other crew members before getting into company car. Cleaning experience and knowledge of cleaning products and procedures is required. MUST pass drug test. MUST pass criminal background check.
