Maintenance Technician – Multi-Unit Property
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to help maintain the condition and functionality of a large multi-unit property. This role is perfect for a hands-on professional who enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in keeping buildings and common areas in top shape.
Responsibilities:
Conduct daily inspections and maintenance of common areas and property grounds.
Perform minor interior and exterior repairs, including light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
Paint and touch up walls, railings, doors, and other surfaces as needed.
Assist with landscaping tasks to maintain curb appeal.
Maintain an accurate inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
Ensure all assigned equipment is kept in good working order.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
Proficiency with maintenance tools and basic repair techniques.
Ability to work independently while following safety guidelines.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Physical ability to handle tasks that involve lifting, bending, and working in various weather conditions.
Ideally have some light electrical and plumbing knowledge
