Position Overview

As a Production Department Technician, you will be involved in the assembly, testing, and final preparation of our custom PCs before they reach our customers. You’ll work hands-on with top-of-the-line components, ensuring every build meets Falcon Northwest’s exacting quality standards. This is an on-site role at our Medford, OR facility—remote work is not available.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble desktop PC systems, including careful component installation and cable management

- Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and software, conducting thorough testing for stability and performance

- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues during the build process and provide solutions to maintain quality and efficiency

- Perform quality control checks and diagnostic tests to ensure each system meets Falcon Northwest’s high standards

- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production schedules and deadlines

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols

Qualifications

- Basic to advanced knowledge of PC hardware, including CPU, GPU, motherboard, storage, and cooling solutions

- Experience in system assembly, testing, or troubleshooting preferred

- Comfortable using various hand tools and diagnostic equipment

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

- Ability to lift and move PC cases and components (up to 50 lbs.)

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Willingness to work on-site in Medford, OR; this is not a remote position
