Position Overview
As a Shipping Department Specialist at Falcon Northwest, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our custom-built PCs reach customers safely and on time. You’ll manage packaging, shipping, and occasional receiving tasks to maintain smooth operations within our busy production environment. This is an on-site position in Medford, OR—remote work is not available.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging PCs and related components with great care
- Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers, comparing shipping options to maintain efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Verify shipping addresses, labels, and documentation to ensure accuracy
- Track incoming shipments and update inventory records as needed
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe shipping area, including organizing supplies and packing materials
- Collaborate with production and customer service teams to meet shipping deadlines

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a shipping or warehouse environment preferred
- Familiarity with shipping software, label printers, and various carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.) a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move boxes of varying weight (up to 50 lbs.)
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
