We are looking for the right person to become part of our historical and unique Headquarters office located in N. PDX. We are searching for a FT qualified Controller to oversee the accounting staff and functions for all McMenamins hotels, pubs, breweries, music venues, and properties in OR and WA.
Requirements:
BS in Accounting or Finance
CPA certification (inactive ok)
Minimum 5 yrs related position experience
Strong analytical/leadership/personnel development skills required
The Controller will be responsible for the internal/external financial statement reporting process, maintenance of internal accounting controls/systems, production of timely, accurate and relevant management information to support organizational decision making along with analyzing and maintaining accurate projections of financial results. Hospitality and/or multi-location experience preferred. Dynamics 365 Business Central and Medius software exp a plus. Candidate must possess strong leadership, proven team building and personnel development skills.
