We are looking to fill a full time AR and/or AP Office Accounting position. This is not a remote work position. Office hours, with some flexibility, would be 8:00-5:00 Monday-Friday. We are conveniently located in NE East Portland off Highway 84 and SE 122nd.
Responsibilities include:
Invoicing customers and managing accounts receivable. Apply receipts to clients accounts in timely and accurate fashion
Entering bills and managing accounts payable
Reconciling credit card statements and entering credit card expenses into Quickbooks
Process weekly check runs
Manage office staff/accounting assistant and possibly other personnel (scalehouse staff)
General office management tasks including bank and post office runs
Ensure accuracy of daily cash and credit card receipt transactions
Manage payroll reporting hours, wages, etc to outside payroll service provider
Requirements:
Quickbooks Experience
Proficiency in MS Office, with strong Excel skills
