Part time office manager and quick books online bookkeeper wanted to WORK in our OFFICE
This job requires that you are physically in my office 3 days per week
Up to 25-30 hours per week.
Excel or Google Sheets proficient
Quickbooks ONLINE guru ( AP AR Commissions etc)
Track and Calculate weekly payroll and submit to payroll company weekly.
Keep all contractors licenses and bonds current
Submit P&L to CPA for annual tax returns
Pay sales reps and overrides to outside sales reps
Track P&L on projects and report to owners
Book hotels for Lighting techs out of town stays
Pay per-diem to techs when they travel out of state
Record financial transactions
Bank Reconciliation
Complete tax forms
Run annual 1099 NEC report and mailings to independent contractors
Data entry
Monthly reports
This job is for the right individual that has a good moral compass and shows up to work on-time and has very few sick days. Will work closely with the owners and provide ideas of how we can run our business better. This is NOT just bookkeeping but rather a lot more.
