Are you looking for a part-time position (during the day) working approximately 16 hours per week? Days are flexible between Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Do you enjoy talking to people and working both inside and outside? This might be the ideal job for you!

Tri Mountain RV Park in Ridgefield, WA is looking for an Assistant Property Manager. This position is part-time - 16 hours per week. Hours are typically 8:30am - 5pm. This position will occasionally be required to fill in for the Property Manager while on vacation or sick.

SUMMARY

This position performs various office and property related tasks. The position requires multi-tasking and will include: logging reservations, welcome packets, customer service to patrons, and cash handling. This position may also collect rent and investigate any abnormal tenant activity. This position will be required to regularly inspect the grounds during work shifts including restrooms and laundry facility and clean/stock as needed. Although this regular part-time position is working 16 hours a week, the person in this position must also be able to fill in for managers vacation and sick days when needed.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

 Check in clients, collect fees, handle reservations

 Provide professional customer service on the phone and in person

 Maintain detailed and accurate reservation and occupancy records

 Reconcile days revenue (rents collected)

 Maintain a clean and safe property - inspect grounds, buildings and vacant sites through the day

 Make sure all necessary supplies are restocked in the buildings (laundry, rest-rooms, etc.) on the property

 Occasionally use personal vehicle for off-site errands - bank, store, post-office, etc.

 Fill in for vacation and sick days when necessary

 Investigate tenant complaints and resolve

 Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Strong computers skills. Microsoft Suites; Word, Excel & Outlook

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Experience with Rent Manager or similar software preferred but not necessary

The ideal candidate would have experience in hospitality, understand basic accounting, enjoys working independently. Reliable transportation is a must.
