Our young and growing specialty foods distribution company is seeking a part-time Customer Service / Administrative Assistant who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, results-driven, and shares the same values of the Company, to perform the following and eventually grow and evolve with us in a full-time position over the long haul.
Tentative Hours
● Monday - Fridays: 8am - 4pm
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
● Answering Phones and Emails
● Entering Orders
● Invoicing and Filing
● Greeting Customers and tending to Will Calls
● Order-pulling
● Maintaining a positive and clean working environment
Relevant job experience requirements:
● Minimum one-year in Customer Service role
● First hand knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise
