Position: Entry Level Administrative Assistant/Sales Support
Location: Vancouver, WA
Pay: $18 per hour
Schedule: Mon-Friday 8am-5pm

What You’ll Do:
Work the front desk and greet customers and candidates
Answer the phones and transfer calls accordingly
Provide administrative support to the sales team
Data entry in our database for both client and candidate information.
Handle general office tasks such as answering phones, filing documents, and ordering supplies.
Collaborate with both the administrative and sales team.

What You Need to Have: The Musts:
Amazing customer service skills.
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
