Position Overview:

We are seeking a Client Service Administrative Associate to be our first point of contact with our clients. You play a critical role in our firm as the first point of contact for our clients by answering the phone, greeting them in person, and responding to their emails. In addition, you are a key team player whose work regularly intersects with our other support staff and advisors.

You will be responsible for providing first class service to our clients, either in person, on the phone, or through email. You will develop scalable, repeatable processes to ensure all client items have been handled accurately and timely.

We are looking for a qualified, dynamic individual who is seeking a wealth advisory career path. Ideally, this person would be interested in progressing toward a financial advisory role. The ideal candidate demonstrates superior problem resolution skills, the ability to effectively influence others and use of consultative skills to enrich the customer experience. You should be technological savvy, detail oriented, and comfortable with learning how to use new tools and new investment products.

A high level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism is required in handling confidential information, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. This position requires a physical presence in our Oregon City office during business hours of Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering phone calls

Scheduling and confirming client meetings

Greeting clients for meetings

Regularly reaching out to clients for birthdays, follow ups, etc.

Working with clients and advisors to address questions and resolve action items

Documenting client interaction and projects in our Client Relationship Manager (CRM)

Executing other general administrative duties

Executing our client events (approximately 4 per year)

Supporting the back office admin with paperwork processing

Basic Qualifications:

College four-year degree or equivalent for career candidate none required for Administrative

Experience in customer service (phone and in-person) and an ability to thrive face to face with clients

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint and Zoom.

We provide all the training you need to study for your FINRA licensing exams if career

In addition, we will help support additional licensing such as CFP if career

Pay range

$45k-50k / year
