Some Of the Responsibility and skills needed are:
-Automotive Knowledge, 3 Years Minimum writing estimates
-Great Customer service skills
-Highly Proficient Computer skills, We Use Tekmetric SMS, Shop Genie As CRM
-writing estimates, writing repair orders, and maintaining customer rapport, Verify warrantees.
-Listen to customer’s description of symptoms, clarifying description of problems, preparing inspections and examining service schedules.
-Drive for continuous learning and development
-ordering parts and managing returns
-participating in educational opportunities Provided by us and our partners
-Assist in daily operations and Dispatching Repairs
-Performs clerical duties, including, but not limited to, mailing and filing correspondence, running errands, placing orders, and answering calls.
