You will be Creating 60% of the Team's Sales With a Very High level of Customer Service & Sense of Urgency

Saying “YES” to our customers: Get them in the shop now! “ How Soon can you come in? We will Have a Technician Available when you arrive. Give us about 20 mins to take a look at it to put together a game plan.

Job Duties:

-Building Rapport with Customers

-Excited about Sales!

-Daily Show and Shares With Customers

-Follow Up Times Daily to All Customers, 10am 1pm 4pm and “No Update Updates”

-Daily 2 week Customer Satisfaction and 6-18 Month Declined work Follow Ups Done Daily With Phone Call

-Cover Counter & Phones To allow Morning Meeting to Happen As needed

-Keep Waiting Room clean, Mop Floor, Wipe surfaces down, vacuum, keep organized, cleaned and stocked.

-Constant Communication w/ manager, Techs & Customers for parts and sales updates

-Collect All Customer Information, Address, Email, Marking Source & Update Info.

-Maintain basic Inventory and shop supplies without shortages

-Monitor & Update Inventory In Tekmetric For Coolant, BG, Oils, Chemicals etc.

-Collect Deposits For all Repairs Over $2,000.00 Along with Documentation of Approvals

-Update & Manage Monthly Specials In CRM & Quarterly In Store Giveaways.

-Execute Slow Day Plan As needed For ALL Staff When In Progress Car Count Is Lower Than 35 Cars

-Take ownership of Tasks Delegated By Manager To Allow Shift Coverage And Support

Skills :

- Proficiency in automotive service terminology and procedures

- Knowledge of automotive repair, services, and diagnostics & engine repair

- Strong sales skills with experience in automotive sales or upselling

- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and service technician roles

- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Prior experience in auto service management is a requirement

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic automotive service environment, utilizing your expertise to provide exceptional customer service while contributing to the success of our team.

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
