Vermont Hills Family Life Center has been providing quality after school programs in over 20 locations throughout Portland, Beaverton and Hillsboro for the past 35 years.
We are currently seeking after school teacher assistants to interact with school age children after their school day by providing fun and games - homework help- activities and more. We will train and prepare you to lead games, write a lesson plan and create a connection with students.
We are currently hiring for two of our locations in the SW Portland Area:
Montclair Elementary 2:30pm-5:00pm (Wednesday's 1:00-5:00pm)
Cottonwood Elementary 2:30-4:00pm (Friday's 1:00-4:00)
Assistant Teacher Qualifications:
Some prior experience a plus, but not necessary
All staff must have or be willing to obtain upon hire
Must be currently enrolled in the Oregon Child Care Division Central Background Registry -
